Do I need any experience with property?+
No. Many of our clients are buying their first property beyond their own home. The strategy call exists to meet you where you are, and the process is designed so the experience sits on our side of the table.
Do I need funds ready to get started?+
Our service is best suited to people who have funds available, or shortly available, for a deposit and refurbishment. If you are still saving, the call can map out what your starting point will look like when you are ready.
Where do you operate?+
We are based in the North East of England. Many clients never visit their property at all; updates, photos and reports come to you.
Who handles the refurbishment and the tenants?+
We do. Our trusted trades complete the works and our lettings arm finds, vets and manages tenants, so the property arrives finished and the income arrives managed.
What actually happens on the strategy call?+
A relaxed 30 minutes with Mel or the team. We talk through your goals, your budget and your timeline, and you leave with a clear picture of what is realistic, whether or not we end up working together.
Is there any cost or obligation?+
None. The strategy call is free and there is no pressure to go further. If it is not the right fit or the right time, we will say so.
